COOL COLOR! SWEET PLAYER!!
This is a Fender Standard Stratocaster. This strat was made in Mexico. Serial Number MZ02162XX, makes it a 2000 model. It comes with a trem arm. This guitar is in GREAT CONDITION with only light handling wear and scuffs around the edges. Also some hairlines in the finish near the neck pocket. It is in perfect structural condition. The pickguard, and back plate are a nice natural cream aged color. The pickup covers, knobs, switch tip and trem arm tip are all vintage cream colored. This gives it a great LOOK. IT PLAYS GREAT!!
Features include: Chrome hardware, Fender sealed tuners, 21 fret maple neck, rosewood fingerboard w/ dot markers, three single coil pickups, reverse wound reverse polarity RWRP mid pickup, 5 way pickup switch, master volume control, 2 tone controls, vintage style tremolo bridge with stamped steel saddles, three ply pickguard, high gloss MIDNIGHT BLUE body. The set up on this guitar is awesome, nice and low. The truss rod works as it should. The electronics have been modified to allow the mid tone control to work with the bridge pickup also. Look how clean the headstock is! The back is completely free from belt buckle or Levi rivet marks. The back of the neck has some very very light marks, nothing deep or annoying. The frets and fingerboard are in excellent shape. I have completely serviced the guitar... cleaned and polished the neck and body, cleaned and conditioned the fingerboard, lightly dressed/leveled/polished the frets, cleaned the controls (no scratchy pots), installed new strings (D'Addario), adjusted the bridge and intonation, etc. I spend as much time and what ever it takes to make guitars play and perform as good as they possibly can. I can honestly say this guitar plays better than most new ones. DON'T MISS IT
I like old and/or interesting guitars and amps... ugly, broken, playable, nice. What do you have to trade?
