This is a transum for a flat bottom boat. BOAT and engine not INCLUDED.engine was sold....Set up for a vw. Would be eady to install smaller air cooled  kohlor or briggs motor  .Built it for a guy who could not pay for it . Needs a different prop , scoots across the water great at idle but cavitates as the rpms go up.  Fresh rings and valve job. Has hardened prop shaft 7/8 thread. Tilt and side to side Balanced for easy operation. . Runs a gates timed belt with cog pullys. Thumb throttle , lower is built with pillar block bearings supporting lower shaft and rear of crank.
