It will need a tuneup kit from Ashford on Amazon or TheWoolery as it includes a new drive belt and the proper oil. 

It is $26.00 from either vendor and it includes 15ml (½ fl ozs) special lubricating oil (non-staining), threading hook, tension spring, flyer hooks, leather conrod connector and clip, brake band and cotton drive band.
