This camper is an all season camper. Has both air conditionar and heater. It is 31 feet long and has one slide. It also has power slide and jacks. Has queen size bed and queen pull out bed. Will sleep four adults comfortable. Everything works on campers. Does need new carpet and a few things fixed on it. There are no leaks.We lived in it for a year while we built our house.
