This has been our backup mower for years - we seldom ever needed to use it so decided to sell to someone who could put it to use.  Clutch needs some adjusting (we have always used it like this), and needs a new battery as some summers we never mowed with it (always started though with a jumper).   Would probably benefit from a good tune-up and maintenance servicing.  Good mower and cheap for a Deere!  There is no warranty on a used mower.
