VINTAGE 1990 INFINITY SM-152 LOUDSPEAKERS.

ORIGINAL OWNER. BOUGHT BRAND NEW AT ADVANCE AUDIO IN WICHITA KS- 1990.

These SM 152's sound great and have provided me with years of enjoyment. One speaker is in great condition and the other speaker was dropped and glued back together. Woofer in that cabinet was sent to CA for repair and has worked perfect ever since. The woofer surrounds have been replaced and are in great condition and will last for years to come. The other speaker has a minor gap in the upper left hand corner joint but the pair sounds great. Also comes with one grille, which is in perfect condition. These speakers are old school and are heavy (about 70 lbs each) and have a lot of punch. They've been powered the entire time I've owned them with the legendary Adcom 555ii, which was another item I bought at the same time back in 1990 and is a very clean power source. These speakers will run on as little as 10 watts rms and all the way up to 300 watts and sound GREAT. An idea would be to take out the drivers in these cabinets and put them in identical cabinets built from birdseye maple or walnut, etc. Great drivers, crossover, etc, in beautiful cabinets.
