Lower level now features a master suite with king size bedroom two points of entry.-GM 350 V8 engine (recently serviced)-Volvo Penta I/O unit-all new fuel system with water separating filters, dual 50 gallon tanks-Westerbeke generator w/rebuilt carburetor (recently serviced)-Full bathroom with head and tub/shower-electric water heater-two AC units-has a triple axle trailer with pintle hitch, pulls great down the highway-needs the upper helm wiring connected and steering wheel tract re-centered. We have put a lot of time and money into this boat, only selling due to my family growing again (third baby coming at the end of April) we are in the market a larger boat with another bedroom. Boat is currently on the trailer as it was pulled out of the water for winter. Boat was on Wilson Lake. We will be keeping our old slip for a new boat but there was still one slip available if the buyer chooses to keep it at Wilson Lake. Boat is ready to go, just needs de-winterized.
