I have an original Colt XM16E1/M16A1 upper receiver with correct ejection port door, and tear-drop forward assist. Talking with a couple Colt collectors, and doing my own research, this seems to have been manufactured between 1964-1967.

In this sale is also included a Colt Fiberlite N1 stock. There are new production versions, but this is a Colt original, that can be tough to find. It isn't time-period correct to the upper, but they would look aweful great together.
