Description

Rifle was orginally a Spanish 1893 rifle chambered in .308 Win.  I didn't feel that it was safe to shoot .308 Win, so I had an Adams and Bennett barrel installed and chambered in .300 Savage which operates at a much lower pressure and is safe for the old 93 Spanish action.  There is not a cartridge stamping on the barrel.

I also had installed a low swing safety to clear scope, an aftermarket bolt handle again for scope clearance, Dayton Traister speed lock kit converting to cock on open, and Boyd's Bold trigger.  The stock is a Richard's Microfit laminate, I did most of the stock work and it could still use some more final shaping and refinishing.  The entire barreled action is coated matte black with KG Gunkote. The action is bedded in stock by using Acraglass.

The scope is a Vortex Viper 2-7X32 with duplex retcile, scope is a discontinued model but still coverd by Vortex's lifetime warranty.  If it breaks they will repair or replace at no charge.  Redfield style windage adjustable scope base and rings.

$450 plus $35 shipped to your FFL transfer agent, your transfer agent must accept shipments from a non-FFL seller.  Sold as is with no inspection or return.  Local transfers can be handled at Kelly's Guns in La Junta with no charge for shipping.
